Arrive Christmas Eve to a warm welcome and a glass of warm red wine and mince pies. Christmas Eve evening meal served in our dining room in front of the original log burning fire to make the night feel warmer. Christmas morning breakfast served at 10.am being full Traditional Continental. Full Christmas lunch served around 3.00pm with all the trimmings. Then why not walk that filling lunch off with a stroll around our land with views to die for, and when covered in snow the landscape is amazing. Christmas evening you will be served tea with mince pies and Christmas cake. Then retreat to our beautiful relaxing Spa with Hot Tub and Sauna or work dinner off in the Gym. Or just chill out in the dining room with music and games, or you could just dance the night away. Boxing morning start with Traditional Continental breakfast and why not take a look around at some of the beautiful towns of Normandy. Come back for evening meal and Spa. Leaving Le Maupas on the 27th December feeling relaxed and chill, just what we all need before returning to real life. It’s just what the doctors ordered. All our beds are supplied with electric blankets for the colder months and all rooms are central heated, so warm and cosy just like home, without the hard work.

 Misty Spring morning at Le Maupas. Easter the start of spring is such a beautiful time of year especially here in the Normandy countryside. Living in the middle of a farming community brings spring alive with a bang, amazing misty mornings turning into sunny days. Young lambs being born in every field you pass and huge cows waiting to calf. Easter break is a must for all of us, as it seems a long time ago we all had time off for Christmas. Why not join us for the Easter weekend to relax and unwind and even join the egg hunt (if you dare) We have 15 acres of rolling countryside to hide those eggs and we challenge you all to come and join the hunt. 

 Arrive Good Friday to a glass of local wine and cheeses. Evening meal served included in price, or you could take a drive into Villedieu Les Poeles and try one of our excellent restaurants. Full continental breakfast served between 9.00am and 10.30am on Saturday morning giving you a full day to visit some of the beautiful sites in our area, such as Le Mont St Michel only a 40 min drive and a must to see. And why not relax in the Spa and Gym in the evening with glass of wine while chilling in the Hot Tub. Easter Sunday again breakfast served and time for you to look around our place and enjoy the spring sun whilst picnicing up on our rolling hills watching Mother Nature at her best. Maybe after lunch we can all join in with the Easter Egg hunt and sit and share our finds. We will serve Easter Sunday dinner around 8.00pm 

Monday, breakfast as always giving you all time to say your goodbyes to our many animals ready for your journey home.

 Valentine Weekend Why not treat you and your partner to a romantic weekend for Valentines here in the middle of peace, quiet and tranquillity. Sleeping in one of our beautiful en-suite rooms giving you complete privacy. Spend your day wondering through the beautiful countryside maybe taking a picnic lunch up on the peaceful hills over looking fields of grazing sheep, cows and horses, and watching the river Seine winding it’s way through the fields.
